Returns and Cancellation

CANCELLATION

The cancellation request will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.  To place a cancellation request please Write to us at connect@sahajcreation.com 100% of the amount will be refunded within 7-8 working days.
 
RETURN

To return the product bought by you, please write to us on connect@sahajcreation.com with a valid reason. If you get a damaged product then we can replace it but it will not returned. We are not offering the return and refunds all sales are final, before purchasing the products kindly review it properly 

 
EXCHANGE

To exchange the product bought by you, please write to us on connect@sahajcreation.com. 

1-Exchange will be done only if  you receive a different or damaged product.  

2- In case of damaged product , kindly send the opening video.

3-If the product is exchanged more than once all the charges of shipping after the first exchange will be borne by you. 

4-  Used products will not be exchanged.  

5.exchange or replacement products will be delivered within 5 to 6 working days
